About Us Stilton Recruitment Ltd was founded by Sara Parr, a recruitment consultant qualified with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). With experience of working within both a large multinational and a small, local recruitment agency she has seen the benefits and pitfalls of both types of company to both candidates and clients.It is this varied experience, along with having been on the "other side" (i.e. a candidate and client of both) several times that motivates us to give the very best service and commitment to our candidates and to our clients. We recruit for the local area of North Nottinghamshire and East Derbyshire because that's the area we know – it's where we live, work and play. Because of this we can provide detailed local knowledge – everything from short cuts to bus times!We concentrate on Accountancy and Administration recruitment, again because that's what we know. Every member of staff at Stilton Recruitment is not just a Recruitment Consultant – we've had proper jobs, such as Credit Controller, Office Manager and Bookkeeper too!
